Guidelines for Dharmasala Bookings

• The facility of accommodation in Dharamsala Guest House is for Indian National only
• The boarders have to comply strictly the Rules and Regulations as stipulated by Chembur Club
• On arrival a reservation form is to be signed by the Patient or his/her accompanying person with his /her name certifying that all information filled up above are true and shall be responsible for complying the conditions stated herein.
• Attach copy of Medical Certificate/ copy of case File.
• The originals of supporting document to be shown for verification, along with Photo ID Check in – Check out time is 11.30 am
• Smoking, Drinking Alcohol and Consumption of Nov-Veg is not permitted
